Within this unit you will gain understanding of the importance of the Control of Substances Hazardous to Health (COSHH) risk assessments. You will learn about the main types of hazardous substances and understand the principles of controlling risks from hazardous substances.
Unit 5: Manual handling safety at work
In this unit you will learn about the reasons why safe manual handing is so important. You will look at manual handling risk assessments and gain a thorough understanding of the principles, equipment and testing requirements associated with safe manual handling.
